These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of alcadus.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Alcadus Watches (“Alcadus”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the Site you agree to these Terms.
Products & pre-orders
Some products are sold on a pre-order basis. Estimated shipping windows shown on product pages are estimates, not guarantees; we will keep you informed of material changes. Pre-order payments are taken at checkout unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice; the price at the time of your order applies. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. We may cancel and refund orders affected by obvious pricing errors.
Shipping
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping. Import duties and taxes charged by your country, where applicable, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns & exchanges
You may return or exchange an unworn watch in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before returning any item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected.
Guarantee
Every Alcadus watch is covered by our 48-month worry-free guarantee against manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover normal wear, straps, glass, water damage caused by misuse, or unauthorised servicing. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Alcadus name, emblem, photography and copy — is owned by or licensed to Alcadus Watches and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to be confirmed], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
